Bright Path was built around a simple observation: the difference between tutoring that works and tutoring that doesn't is almost always the match.
Our story
How Bright Path started
Bright Path began with Eamon tutoring students directly. There was no marketing behind it — families came because of what happened in the lessons, and then told other families.
As demand grew beyond what one tutor could take on, the choice was whether to become a directory of names or to stay deliberate. We chose deliberate: a hand-picked team of tutors, each brought in for a specific subject and level, and a matching process that still runs through a real conversation with a parent.
That is still how it works today. The company is larger, but no family is handed a login and left to pick from a list.

Eamon started Bright Path after tutoring GCSE and A-Level students one-to-one and seeing the same pattern repeatedly: students who were written off as weak at a subject were usually carrying one or two unaddressed gaps and very little confidence.
He still leads how tutors are selected and how students are matched, and speaks to families personally at the start of the process.
