Application
We review their academic background, subject strengths, tutoring experience and availability before deciding who progresses.

Interview
We look beyond grades. Tutors need to show strong communication, empathy and the ability to build rapport with different types of students. As part of the interview, they deliver a teaching demonstration so we can see how clearly they explain, adapt and engage.

Verification
Before approval, we obtain evidence of the academic results they've achieved — Grade 8s and 9s at GCSE and A/A* grades at A-Level — alongside the required DBS and safeguarding checks.

Approval
Only tutors we'd genuinely feel comfortable matching with a Bright Path family are added to the team.
